  • "i Bote a new cf moto z force 800 ex in 2020 the z force stayed on gravel roads at camp never drove in mud i took it for a ride one day put about 4 miles on it parked it the machine ran great tried to start it the following weekend it ran for about one secant stalled and no start after that the machine only has 329 miles on it brought it back to north country tec said it needed a complet upper rebuild tec diagnose as bad head gasket mark in service told me it would cost me 3000 .00to 4000.00 turns out the tec never did a compression test it was an electrical problem i was going to buy a 4 seater can am but after the way i was treaded with my z force i went to power Equpment plus and Bote a brand new Polaris Raz 1000 4 seater ."

  • "In June of 2023 I went to the dealership to purchase some accessories for my 2022 Electra Glide Standard. I bought a backrest bracket , pad ,mounting bracket, passenger footboard mounts, passenger footboard pans and willie g footboard inserts. The dealership did not have the footboard components in stock and had to order them. My total order came to a little over $1000.00 When the parts I ordered arrived I went back to the dealership(which is an hour from my home) to get my new parts. I returned home and later went to install the parts and the footboard kit was missing the springs and bearings that hold the footboard in the upright position when not in use and keep them from rattling when in the down position. After learning that the springs and bearings were not in the kit I called HD customer care which is a complete joke and a waste of time. They flat out refused to help me and said I had to contcat the dealer which I attempted to do (notice I said attempted) I called on a Saturday July 1st,2023 at 9am when they opened. The receptionist answered the phone and transferred me to parts who did not answer. The receptionist came back and asked who I was holding for and for the second time I said parts. She transferred me again with the same result, nobody answered. For the third time the receptionist came back on the line and told me she didn't know why nobody was answering the phone. Why she couldn't go look since the parts department is 20 feet from the reception desk is beyond me. Either way she asked me why I was calling and I explained I was missing parts from a floorboard kit. She took my message and my phone number and said someone would call me back. They never did. To date I still do not have the springs and balls that were supposed to come with the kit. After speaking with customer(don't care) all they would do is tell me to call the dealership and return the parts. I asked why they couldn't just send me the missing springs and balls and they told me it was because I ordered my parts from the dealership and if I was missing part of the order it would have to go through them. I told them I wasn't missing part of the order but a component from the kit I ordered not the whole component. They flat out refused to help me. All I need it the springs and balls that are part of the kit. Since 2018 I have purchased 3 Harley Davidson motorcylcles at anexpense of almost 50K not to mention many accessories. I have never felt more abused as a customer as I have with Harley Davidson. The dealership doesn't give a shit about their customers and apparently Harley Davidson Customer Care does not either. Tomorrow is 7/5/23 and the only day the corporate office is open. This is not over by a long shot. I will be calling the corporate office when it opens tomorrow to voice my concerns not olny about HD Customer Care but the lack of interest by the dealership to help their customers."

  • "We were on a East Coast trip when I experienced problems with my 2012 Road Glide Ultra. After contacting another HD dealer for assistance late on Friday and being told they were not able to help due to it was the "End of the day, everyone was going home, they were extremly busy , and then finding out they were closed on Monday". I questioned why I own a Harley. But after making my way to North Country HD and showing up on there door step Monday morning at 8:30 with no appointment. They checked out the bike and had be up and running 100% within 30 minutes. Then took the time to tells us some good site to ride in the area. Thank Gene , Orville, and the rest of the crew for saving our vacation and getting some folks from Wisconsin on the road. Great looking store also. Robert Schwark, Waukesha WI"

I thought I had a bad problem with my bike and had your service department take a look at the problem and as it turned out, I was just carring too much weight.   • "I purchased my 06 Softail Deluxe FLNSTI in Oct. of 05. Right from the start, Gene (sales mngr. at the time) and George Wescott (sales) bent over backwards to get me the deal I needed, gave me a great trade in allowance and the financing team worked with me to get the best rate possible. Since then, Ron and Mike in the service shop have been outstanding in taking great care of me when my bike needs service or accessories installed. The guys in the shop, Fitz, Keith, Dave and Rob have all worked on my bike and are the best techs in the state. They treat your bike with TLC and their work is impeccable. They don't waste any time and try to keep the cost down. I've never had one drop of oil anywhere on the bike after any fluid change. They all take the time to explain anything they do and anything I should do to keep my bike in top shape. The parts department is equally friendly and accomodating. Wes, Dale, John have always found what I need and call me immediately when special orders arrive. The girls in Motor clothes are always pleasant and helpful. I've only spoken with Troy over the phone but he seems to run a pretty good dealership overall. I have no reason to go anywhere else."
